SPECTA new packaging and labeling value-added solutions at Metal-Expo 2016
8-11 November all eyes were on Moscow where one of the biggest international metal shows “Metal-Expo 2016” took place. Today the exhibition is a distinctive indicator of development in metallurgical industry. This year 530 companies from 32 countries took part in the event, among them leading steel-making enterprises, tube and hardware plants, non-ferrous producers, machine-builders and others. Over 27000 professional attended the event.
The high interest to the exhibition is stipulated by the quantity and relevance of the exhibitors, a wide business program, possibility to meet face-to-face with metal market players and their customers.

At Specta stand visitors’ special attention was drawn to labeling products. This year Specta widely presented tailor-made marking solutions for different products. The new range of high-resistant tags and labels of Specta production- Specta Papyrus, Specta Ultraplast, Specta Polyplast – comply with special requirements for mechanical durability or thermal stability as well as high resistance to moisture, oils, solvents and alkalis, that is especially relevant for metal producers.
Specta came to the exhibition with new products – coil shield protection, which provides protection of metal coils during load handling operations at the plant or warehouses.
Among the exhibits there were well-known steel packaging straps Specta Prima, Specta Factor, Specta Delta and Specta Forte in standard coils for automatic and manual strapping, and Jumbo and Super Jumbo coils for automatic strapping as well as new types of PET strap with high load break.
Attendees were curious to see and try strapping tools presented by pneumatic, battery and mechanical models.
